Vitagliano Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Vitagliano Orthodontics is a West Islip and Massapequa, NY orthodontist providing braces for children, teens, and adults.
A patient called ML V. from New York, NY shares his/her experience at Vitagliano Orthodontics is a review posted by YELP: "Both my children have been here and are finally done thank god. We are going elsewhere for maintenance. Dr "Joe" doesn't even work on the patients he just tells the technicians what to do and he leaves. Not sure what he does. He has acknowledged me about twice in the several years we've been coming here and even then didn't call me the right name! He'll look at my kid's mouth, tell the technician what to do, and then he moves on not even saying hello. I've been overcharged and told that's what I agreed to when I clearly didn't. I wouldn't recommend it's a factory and they are all about the money."
Receptionist (Former Employee) says"If you would like to work at a place where you have no clue what your position is and enjoy getting mentally/verbally abused by the owner then this is the place for you. No employee is seen as important- everyone is replaceable. In the time I spent there 46 people left- including doctors because of the abuse handed down to everyone by the head doctor. This “high end practice” is run like a mill-over 160 patients a day and never enough staff to work with. The head doctor would purposely under staff an associate or partner so he could be over staffed in his other practice and then would punish them for not being able to handle the schedule given to them. Disrespectful to patients- discriminated against patients of color, disability and of the LGBTQ community. Would tear down associates and partners to other employees and allow staff members to disrespect them. He will work you for every dime he paid you. It was know that if you wanted a raise you were “‘making a deal with the devil himself” because he will work you till there is no more of you to give. I would NEVER refer anyone to work or bring their business to this practice.. unless you want to be screwed over by this man."
Front Desk Receptionist (Former Employee) says"Really was not what I was expecting it to be. Not happy with office. What was explained to me was not what I was actually doing. I was not happy with the owner. Did not turn out to be who I thought."
