"The owner is selfish and has an extremely consistent employee turnover. Now why would his employees never stay working for long periods of time? 🤔🤔 I am sure everyone can figure that out on their own."

Your full time for your training but your oncall as needed after that so its not full time and it takes more than 48 months to reach top pay cause there is no work in the spring fall or summer. "I worked for UPS as a Preload Supervisor. They refused to pay me for hours I worked. I had to file a claim with L & I. The atmosphere is not pleasant. They wouldn't activate me as an employee for a couple weeks because of shear laziness. You can't get proper training until they do their job. Union employees are not kind to non union and management tells you to accept the rudeness as it is part of the job."

"UPS like to lie and trick people how supposed to work in Kentucky non-union then they said I could get more hours and Cincinnati so I went there dayforce to Union on me and took union dues and initiation fees that I did not authorize not only that but I was not covered by them until I became permanent and they were still taking my money I was made to work a 12-hour shifts day after day after day and pay union fees and not reap the benefits I got burned for over $300"

"You get hired full time, then you’re not told after peak season there will be no work, you don’t get paid (4hrs) when you are requested to show up for work and there is no work as per the collective agreement. In road training is very short and not thorough, if you don’t get it in the three days you’re on the road with your supervisor you will probably quit from the stress or try to kill your self to to meet the expectations of the (management) company.The company has a good record and benefits.Management sucks, you always feel like you want to quit."

"Came here for a week. Took me a until that Friday to meet a supervisor.Got handed to a sweet girl that let me know she never got trained so she just does her best.The managers will come and stare at you but never help.You have no one to ask for help or tips so u stand there and wait for someone else to come in so u can follow them like a puppy. I asked a manager i saw walking what I could do. I got told to hold tight and wait for someone else. Great.The bs you go through isn’t worth $50 a day. (You only get 3 or 4 hours. Don’t plan on getting treating like a person until atleast 9 months. That’s when your benefits kick in.Never felt so out of place in a job my entire life.Good exercise.Everything else."
