Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Tasti D-Lite full-time for more than a year Cons: Not a lot of creativity. Locked in a cycle of constant recycling of information and materials. Tends to wear one out after a while."

Shift Leader (Former Employee) says

"It was okay, the ac didnt work, the staff was terrible, and the management didnt know what they were doing."

Receptionist ∙ Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"making sure customers are happy as they enter and leave the store, making sure i am working at a quick and fast paced, making sure customers are informed of what are in products before eating Cons: no bonuses no target"

Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"the work is ok since the mangaer-owners of the business were sometimes not knowledgable themselves and couldn't co operate to give employees better training"

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"The company didn't keep the employees up to date as to what was going on and we were notified at the last minute that we would be out of work. The manger did his best and he was a great manger, I enjoyed my time there but it was short lived due to the company shutting down for repairs."

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"Customer service and a friendly attitude is a must. Having product knowledge is key to success in a company like tasti d lite. You learn customer service and basic Point of sale experiance."

Team Member/Cashier (Former Employee) says

"At my time of employment, this business was on its way to failure. Every day was extremely slow and monotonous. The management also made it very clear that revenue was down, which didn't help with morale. Work (for me) would typically consist of sampling, restocking, working the cash register, or making food. I also cleaned, washed dishes, and maintained the self-serve machines, though those were usually being taken care of by fellow employees. We weren't given specific duties, but rather understood which were better handled by who. This did, however, create a successful team environment amongst the general team members."
