Tasti D-Lite is a New York-based fast food company and operates a system of franchise chain stores which are predominantly located in New York state, although the company's corporate headquarters are now in Arizona.

"I worked at Tasti D-Lite Cons: Management didn't care for employees"

"I worked at Tasti D-Lite full-time for more than a year Cons: Not a lot of creativity. Locked in a cycle of constant recycling of information and materials. Tends to wear one out after a while."

"The company didn't keep the employees up to date as to what was going on and we were notified at the last minute that we would be out of work. The manger did his best and he was a great manger, I enjoyed my time there but it was short lived due to the company shutting down for repairs."

"Customer service and a friendly attitude is a must. Having product knowledge is key to success in a company like tasti d lite. You learn customer service and basic Point of sale experiance."

"At my time of employment, this business was on its way to failure. Every day was extremely slow and monotonous. The management also made it very clear that revenue was down, which didn't help with morale. Work (for me) would typically consist of sampling, restocking, working the cash register, or making food. I also cleaned, washed dishes, and maintained the self-serve machines, though those were usually being taken care of by fellow employees. We weren't given specific duties, but rather understood which were better handled by who. This did, however, create a successful team environment amongst the general team members."
