says"The company is stuck in 1980. The folks working there are incompetent. The building is falling apart. The parking garage is one crack away from imploding. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED A JOB."
Current Employee - Customer Service Representative says"Leadership is absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!!! Technology is outdated. Company support starting at the very top is nonexistent. Many mistakes are made and simply covered up. Management simple doesn’t care and is to busy running around and acting like they are overwhelmed."
Current Employee - Account Manager says"This is not a career. They ask you to do projects a certain way, the slow and very slow way. They do not care about working efficiently cause they want to have control over you. Very close minded, and do not want your find back. No matter what you talk about they have done it better, and will always, and sad to say they will always try to one up you. Now if you try to better the department, you will have issues with the management, and technology. What I have learned is you can try your hardest here,. Be the most loyal employee, but when review times come, they will find items that you do not use at all to penalize you so they do not have to give to an increase in salary. Try and argue with them, nothing. It is a real joke. Yes, I still work here. I have a family. Once I find the opportunity that fits my family, I am out of here."
Current Employee - Account Executive says"Tech is extremely outdated, if it even works. You can not get anything fixed. IT has no knowledge of the software we are currently using, or that it is so old it is hard to work with it with the technology we have today. The building is a testis shot waiting to happen. The building is not handicap accessible at all. The only bathroom is in the basement. They have a room they call a break room. It is not a break room. It is in the basement, it smells, and it is dirty. They have another small room, but it is so hot. Never worked for a company in 20 years that many people go to their cars to eat or sleep. Management here fights with each other, and takes for ever to get something accomplish. Also, if you want to go to a job, and come and go and not really talk to anyone, this is the place. There is really no interaction between areas, departments, floors. A utility closest is not a coffee area. Who wants coffee that smells like a mop or sewer."

Former Employee - Business Analyst says"The majority of the staff are overly-demanding morons. You can tell someone blatantly to their face that something won't work, they'll demand you implement it their way and complain when it doesn't function. The entire business has zero amount of forward thinking or planning capacity. Staff constantly quarrel between each other for no apparent benefit. It's a complete miracle that they are still in business."

Account Executive (Current Employee) says"Unless you know the Jones, then there are no opportunities to advance your career. Honestly, if you come here in hopes to build your resume, you are wrong. The technology here is something out of an old 80's movie, and that is if it works. They are working on it, but for some reason, no one knows how to work on the Oregon Trail/flopping disk software. They do not care about cost of living. They use the " we hired you above the original pay" BS. So, do not ever expect a raise, a bonus, and nothing for your birthday. They really do not care. Management can care less about you and your family. Never been with a company that is consistently talking about itself, and not about the people that still work for here. It is always about them and the history. Come and work here, you will be surrounded by other co-workers that you will never work with. This company is set up with several smaller companies that for some reason does not work really well with each other. I am very surprise this place is open. The companies technology is something out of an 80's movie, if it even works. This is a place you can come to work, and leave feeling like you are wasting your life away.Able to look for a new jobManagement, Pay, Career Advancement, Cleanliness, Safety."

For the management , Stop being cheap, get tech that actually works. I feel the only reason this company is still around is cause our main clients are school districts who are struggling with tech these days. Have activities for your employees. A rose on your birthday and a card is extremely lame is extremely unthoughtful. You guys have done this for over 30 years. It is way over done. Make your employees feel appreciated. The Christmas party which all you talk about is the history of the company and your family is sad. What about the employees. The employees are what keeps this company somewhat afloat. Really awork/life balancetech, management, career advancement, employee appreciation, bonus, very cheap, still treating their employee like it is 1970. no true break room. Smells."
