Aritzia Inc. is a Canadian women's fashion brand founded in Vancouver, British Columbia, by Brian Hill in 1984. Aritzia operates various upscale retail stores across Canada and the United States. The company went public on October 3, 2016.

Lorena mentioned, "Inferior quality - designed in Canada but made in China. My Aritzia T Babaton Wilfred parka ripped the first time I wore it! For a $400 parka I did not expect it to be so cheaply made. I went in store and they refused to return it or even exchange it even though I've had it for less than a week. It was purchased on 10/24 and I went in today 10/29. They have a 10 day return policy and 21 day exchange policy so I was well within that timeframe. The store manager gave me the number to their customer concierge line. I called and was told I would need to email photos of the tear in the coat to determine if the item was defective or if it was my fault. In either case I would NOT be able to receive a refund, at best they could exchange the coat for the same one IF they consider the item to be defective. In the same breath she asked if I had called earlier because someone else had reported a similar incident in which a coat had ripped which leads me to believe it is in fact a manufacturer's defect. Maybe they just got a bad batch? Who knows, but I am definitely not impressed by their products nor their customer service. I still have yet to receive an email from the customer service rep so I can email the photos of the coat to begin the review process, which she said takes a few days... let me remind you their return policy is only 10 days."
