Stelsia Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Le Stelsia Resort features a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and a shared lounge in Saint-Sylvestre-sur-Lot.
Dominique D. made some comments about the bar at Le Stelsia in a review published by TRIP ADVISOR: "If the outside setting is surprising, colorful, a magnificent park with superb roses, the bar is to be avoided. We've been there 3 times and of the 3 times, only once has the person gone out of their way to make the moment welcoming, bringing us cold meats to accompany the glass of rosé. The second time we came across an unpleasant person who, reluctantly, brought us country bread and was particularly absent. This time we took the rosé by the glass of Buzet € 4, we had to ask for something to accompany this aperitif (it was after 6.30 p.m.) we were brought 6 olives already prepared on the bar counter but not brought automatically. These olives were very salty. Is it the quality of the wine or the lack of accompaniment, there were 2 of us, we have a heavy headache, often the mark of a poor quality wine which is a shame in a hotel of this standard. I asked if it was possible to have anything other than these very salty olives and I'm allergic to olives. The person went to the kitchen and came back telling us that there was nothing in the kitchen. LOL. Nothing in a kitchen ??? Also no bread because of the bread manager not yet at work. The only offer is a plate of cold meats at € 8, twice as expensive as a glass. How can you imagine that the bar in a hotel in this category only has one choice, not even peanuts or crisps? So in conclusion, after 3 tries, I would not go back. As for the bar, go your way"
