User "Lamesa W." reviews his experience with Ralph Lauren dress shirts on the "Influenster" website, December 11, 2018:
"I regret everything I bought during high school so much! Our dress code was dress shirts and each school year I’d buy 2-3 Ralph Lauren dress shirts each costing $60-$90 so, in total that was hundreds of dollars wasted. Not worth the price because they started looking old and I had strings coming out of some and the material wasn’t anything extraordinary."
Anna says"placed an order. delivered it is not clear where and to whom. they don't want to solve my question Order #: 5612707549"
Spinu Oxana says"I ordered from RL Italian site. It is one of the most horrible experince of online shopping in my life ever. The delivery was scheduled on 10-th and on 14-th still no news about my delivery. You write an email and ask one question, they ignore it and write you back some kind of useless gibberish. You read it and feel like they spit you in the face and laughed at you. When you insist they gain time by promises with an air like they are doing you a service, quote:"somebody from RL will contact UPS on your behalf..." REALLY. By the way, the delivery is delayed because quote:"Incorrect address". Address where we received on daily basis orders during the last 20 years! I think to take money from people and feed them promises qualifies as scam and competent bodies should be involved."
Niels says"Recently I bought some items (different styles and sizes) online with them using a gift card and paid the rest by creditcard. After returning the items I didn’t want to keep, I was expecting the refund to be made to my creditcard, but to my surprise they sent me another gift card, even though the items I kept were more expensive than the balance of the gift card. After complaining they say this is ‘policy’. So I then propose to return the other items for a full refund so I can reorder what I want using the gift card. They refuse this because I already removed the labels. Even though is no legal ground for this, they seem adamant to escalate toward conflict rather than customer satisfaction. I went from brand promotor to detractor in about 2 emails from them."
Jay “Jay” says"I have been buying From Ralph Lauren for years and after this absolute joke and customer service sheer incompetence to deal with it’s customers issues I will not be buying from them anymore!! It’s taken nearly 4 years for them to refund me £50 which I was overcharged at an outlet store. Having exchanged emails with evidence of receipt and price tag back in 2017 and told I would be contacted within 14 days I still haven’t received no contact from relevant department. I then contacted them nearly 2 months ago regarding this issue and was told I would be contacted in 14 days...again!!! 15 days went by and I contacted them again and they told me my issue had been labelled as “urgent” and would be contacted ASAP, I am still waiting to be contacted. Customer service then tells me after all this that I will need to contact the store directly, if that’s the case why have a customer service team? Absolute shambles of a company. I have a good mind to take it to trading standards."
