Carl Broderick says"I messaged DavidSW Sunday at 2:20pm, saying I was interested in a watch and asking if it came with its original half-links. (at this point, I've already decided I'm going to buy this watch regardless of the links) He got back to me Monday at 2pm, apologizing that the watch was sold already and mistakenly left on the site. -- No big deal. I totally understand -- 2 hours later I notice that the watch is back on the site with $500 added to the price. I send another message asking if it was available again. 4 hours later, I get a reply saying the original purchase didn't go thru and that he'll check on the links in the morning. Tuesday at 1pm, I ask if I could get the watch for the original price. No reply. Wednesday at 11:30am, I ask again about the half-links. He finally answers that the half-links are not included. I ask again if I could buy it for the original price. 3 hours later, he answers "Yes". I say "Awesome! ... I'll buy it..." He asks "How are you paying?". I tell him how... It's now the following Saturday. He has not gotten gotten back to me yet. This conversation took 4 days and ended in frustration. I have since purchased the same model watch from another store. THAT watch got from Japan to my door in the US in less time than it took for DavidSW to NOT sell me a watch. I had heard great things about DavidSW. I really tried to buy a watch from him. Maybe it's because it was a $3,000 Seiko and not a $20,000 Rolex... I hope not... Sadly, I cannot recommend DavidSW."
Seth says"I didn’t deal with David himself, but his staffs are horrible. Reminds me of typical bad example of car salesmen. They will sell watches high and buy watches from you very very low compared to other reputable online stores. No reason to buy or sell here in my opinion."
