P90X, or Power 90 Extreme, is a commercial home exercise regimen created by Tony Horton in 2005 and was developed as a successor to the program called "Power 90". It consists of a training program that uses cross-training and periodization, combined with a nutrition and dietary supplement plan.

A disappointed customer shared this on Reddit "My husband and I tried P90X. Honestly we didn't make it through 90 days - we probably only lasted a month. It was just too monotonous for us. Having mostly the same workout video every day gets old really quick. We branched out the second workout (part of the first 45 days) which did add some variety, but we lost interest again. Even though we did it religiously for a month we never really got into it so we didn't see any amazing changes. I think you would really need to push yourself with your weight choices etc to see results. Don't waste you money".
