"it's one thing to be just another number, such is the life in a factory...but this company goes over and above shoving it's employees around because they can. They talk like they wish it to be a family like atmosphere and act like it's a prison (screw your own family) ...most immoral place I've ever worked Cons: hr are cowards and inhumane"

"Management is the biggest problem! The favoritism is absolutely crazy, they aren't willing to work with any newly hired employees, instead they find any way possible to screw employees around making them feel like they can never do as good as the people who have been with the company more then 7years or AKA the favorites. You get punished for the stupidest things like being 1 min late they will take one of your PEL days and also give you a discipline which goes on your record and effects pay raise and ability to move within the company no matter how hard you work on a daily basis and this makes it easy to terminate employment and creats a lot of sour employees. They are so unorganized you are expected to have work instructions that tell you how to do the job but 75% of the time there are non or the ones you have are so outdated they make no sense. You are punished as an employee for the company's lack of purchasing equipment from this day and age, you are forced to work overtime when their 40 year old machine cant spit out the amount of product they need. The team leaders and human resources are all one big happy family with management so you cannot go to anyone with any kind of issue or complaint and expect it to be kept confidential. It is a family owned company with no union for the workers, they will change rules in the employee hand book whenever they so please and however it will benefit them. I can go on and on but over all if you are looking for full time employment ha good luck! And if you are just looking for part time or temp work dont bother applying cause they will Cons: Everthing else"

"Worked in the showroom and it was a version of Dante’s Inferno. The general manager of the place constantly would slash the sales people’s comissions/pit people against each other and then pocket the money into his own gl account. Watched him and his “management” team bully people and instruct people to avoid customers that were having issues or give them the run around until the customer would give up. Contacted hr about shady interactions and workplace harassment I seen and was in so many words told to not worry about it. Then the report that I gave in confidence to hr was given to the person I reported on. If willing to stroke some egos endlessly, and never look at yourself in the mirror again, could potentially be a great job Cons: Everything"

"I was informed about a job opportunity at Napoleon by way of a former co-worker and friend who had been hired by them thru a headhunter and after 9 months had found a better job. She knew I was driving over an hour to work and it was not the best situation compensation wise so she let me know she was giving her notice and she recommended me for the job. I found out the hard way after being ripped off and exploited by Napoleon and hiring an attorney that they are a terrible place to work. Cons: cutthroat family owned company"

"They have to many managers and they have no clue what they are doing. Management focuses to much on product qualities then product quality. Owners need to focus more on management and better wages. They are losing valuable employees due to management. Cons: Management lack of focus on quality"

"I was promised advancement towards further education which is technically required, and this never transpired. There is a great deal of scrutiny and fear instilled in the entry level positions and ongoing coaching to criticize ones weekly tasks. The demands for daily tasks are are unattainable and there is no support when situations arise . There are a load of missing resources missing to do this job and the early weekly meetings are demanding as it is a salary position. Cons: Stressful calls with complicated issues"

"This company needs to focus more on their employees and how they are doing and to help them more ...not to backup management when they are wrong people are dismissed and fired for no reason they expect extra hard work for minimum pay they do have some wonderful people there working for them too bad this company treats them like garbage.. this job can be very stressful with no help from the TL because they always point out the negative and never the positive and never tell you what a good job you did today ...this is a horrible company to work for !!!! "I worked here for almost two years in shipping did my job well but this place is a job not a career they treat there employees like there not worth anything there is almost no opportunity for advancement severe lack of communication management doesnt do there job well alot of micromanagement they expect you to do more then then job title itself it's hard to get hired on for full time company has too much growth for the crew that they do have they want you to work over time pay isnt bad for what you do here think the biggest downfall is favoritism in the workplace unless your the bosses best friend they have little to no respect for you I dont not recommend working here if you want a career they are constantly changing and expect you to hit the ground running with little to no training they do have parties and cook outs every once in a while Cons: Favoritetism, lack of communication, management, micromanaging, stressful, hard to have advancement, lack of training"

"Hostile environment. Favoritism. Sexist. Racist. This is a Canadian based company who does a 60/40 insurance contribution so the insurance is outrageous. The insurance is almost $800 a month for basic family coverage. The shipping supervisor is a snake and not a leader at all. The maintenance man is a pill head and steals from the company. Low pay. The new manager is a YES man and does not care about the employees. Canada does not care about the employees. They see it as cheap labor and taxes for us hillbillies to build their products. The leads on the floor in all the departments are horrible. None of the leadership should be leaders. All of them are liars and do not lead by example. Do not work for this company if you love America. All they do here is reverse engineer American products and then build something similar. Cons: everything"

"Most of the employees are great to work with. However there is a lot of fear instilled in the lower level employees by management. The company is in a very transitional state of growth, sometimes they overshoot their growth and need to cut back, that is what happened to me. There is not a lot of guidance in the department that I worked in and I think that was the challenge. I learned to be a lot more self sufficient and not to be as trusting. It was an unfortunate lesson to learn. The benefits vacation and bonus structure for new employees is not that great, but the compensation is decent. It is frustrating due to the amount of tenured employees that fall under the grandfathered structure. Cons: Managment"

"As an assembler you had to get everything packaged to be sent out and sold. There were mostly all new people however though because they hired all temps."

"Temps work hard with full time people doing very little. Not much teamwork with heavy lifting. Will look for temps to do a ton extra when 5 full timers just chatting. Cons: Never get full time"
