I feel it is totally unacceptable and eventhough it is not possible to contact them on phone to hear what is happening with the order. Sent several emails with no reply. So STAY AWAY from Eyepassion, very unserious company. Rather pay a little extra and use another company which you can contact and get a much better service at."
