User "azissa" wrote a negative review of Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai on the website "TripAdvisor" on August 19, 2020:
"We arrived on the 12th of August: 5 adults, one child, and checked into 2 villas at Beit Al Bahar. Check-in was standard. Buggy service: we had to wait 15-20 mins and make numerous calls. Villas never got serviced as requested and again we would need to call many times. During afternoon tea in pearl lounge, we were served 1 stand between 4 adults and received a roll of eyes when I requested another (came at least 20 minutes later after drinks had gone cold). During one breakfast at kitchen connection, 6 of us were squeezed onto a table for 4 despite there was a larger table available. Apparently it was reserved, although we were told they do not reserve for breakfast. No one came to the table until 11:10 am, breakfast finishes at 11, 2 people were seated on a table for 6. On numerous occasions, our vegetarian breakfast would have sides of bacon and sausages having stressed at the time of order that we wanted no meat sides. Our sides of hash browns, baked beans and toast would be served 10-15 mins after our eggs. They refused to give us bottled water despite the fact that we said we would pay and, on one occasion, we had to ask 11 times for a bottle of chilled water to be served with room temperature water! We have stayed at JBH/BAB numerous times since 2006 as have many of our friends and family but never again! 2 times our hot water was off in both villas. The 1st time from morning till 6 pm, and we were given 1 bedroom/bathroom in the hotel to use for 6 of us. On the 2nd occasion, the water just went off mid-shower. This was pre-planned so where was the notice?"
