IMessage Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
iMessage is an instant messaging service developed by Apple Inc. Launched in 2011, it is supported by the Messages application in iOS 5 and later and OS X Mountain Lion and later.
A user mentioned, "I have had issues with iMessage ever since updating to iOS7 (and continues after updating to iOS 7.1). If I'm not connected to Wifi, messages sent to me don't get delivered, they simply bounce around somewhere in the 'cloud' (senders tell me that the messages are 'delivered'. Clearly they're not although I will sometimes receive random message dumps of 50-100 messages at once, weeks after they were initially sent with no apparent frequency or regularity). I've tried: 1. Logging out of iMessage and signing back in.
2. Settings>General>Reset Network settings and signing back in.
3. Settings>General>Reset All Settings, and setting up my phone from scratch. Nothing works. I get that iMessage is supposed to seemlessly work but for me, it never works and is the absolute worst feature I've ever had on a cell phone. "
