The Fulbright Program, including the Fulbright–Hays Program, is one of several United States Cultural Exchange Programs with the goal to improve intercultural relations, cultural diplomacy, and intercultural competence between the people of the United States and other countries through the exchange of persons, knowledge, and skills. Via the program, competitively-selected American citizens including students, scholars, teachers, professionals, scientists and artists may receive scholarships or grants to study, conduct research, teach, or exercise their talents abroad; and citizens of other countries may qualify to do the same in the United States of America. The program was founded by United States Senator J. William Fulbright in 1946 and is considered to be one of the most widely recognized and prestigious scholarships in the world. The program provides approximately 8,000 grants annually – roughly 1,600 to U.S. students, 1,200 to U.S. scholars, 4,000 to foreign students, 900 to foreign visiting scholars, and several hundred to teachers and professionals.

A former employee said, "Working beyond full time for less than part time pay. All problems are addressed with that's not something we can help you with. Forced to pay ridiculous prices for housing and scooters. Forced to live with other Americans. Nobody actually wants to be there to be there, they're just privileged white kids who know it will look good on their resume. No work permit or labor law protection. Work over 50 hours/week, additional wold be pay (US$20/hour) always becomes volunteer work because you're not here to make a profit. All cross cultural activities have you surrounded by other Americans, locals don't come near you. The students think you're a fun and exotic object, not a person. The schools don't care if you're happy or not, they just want a white person to have in their photos. No accountability--you can be the worst employee ever and get awards, you can work your butt off and nobody cares. Lots of American businesss don't actually know/care what Fulbright is."

Ian Fettes says

"The way you run your company is appalling! You're not the only people dealing with Covid and most other companies are able to offer reasonable customer service. If this is the best you can do I suggest you close down operations until you're able to run the busness with some level of efficiency."

Todd Lefever says

"Ordered a helmet from Back on Track. It was bigger than anticipated and we tried to initiate an exchange or return and hear absolutely nothing. Multiple attempts via phone and their website to no avail."

"I have not received order confirmation or shipment information, yet I get a survey to describe my experience?"

Alison Mccarthy says

"Very disappointed in the customer service in the purchase of my helmet. Great helmet, would have liked to keep it. I followed their guidelines in measuring. Even had someone else measure my head. Followed their instructions for sizing. Helmet too small. Contacted C/S right away. They said helmet had to be returned in 30 days. Totally get that. Whether I exchanged or returned the helmet, I had to pay for return shipping. Which was over $25. That right there was my deciding factor in not exchanging. This must be the only company that handles return or exchanges this way."
