Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette (French: [kɔ.lɛt]; 28 January 1873 – 3 August 1954), known mononymously as Colette, was a French author and woman of letters. She was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1948 and was also known as a mime, actress, and journalist. Colette is best remembered for her 1944 novella Gigi, which was the basis for the 1958 film and the 1973 stage production of the same

"Quality is key here! Products are fantastic, as is the decor and packaging... great attention to detail and the customers that come in know it and are happy to indulge and enjoy it. I truly enjoyed the connections I made while there. Cons: Pay is low, employees undervalued, inconsistency, management stress"

"I enjoyed the people I worked with and the offerings were fabulous but the upper management would come in and look for reasons to be upset. One towel out of place and everyone was in trouble. I got yelled at once for doing my job. There is a lot of nepotism and snobbery working here. Also foh and boh dont communicate like a team. Either side makes mistakes and it becomes a yelling match, then feelings are hurt. They say we are like a family but then turn your back on you in a pandemic. I lost my job and wasnt even personally rejected when I reapplied for my previous position, i was sent a generic email. I wouldve loved to come back but looking back I realize it's a blessing in disguise that I wasnt invited back. Cons: Little to no advancement, experience isnt taken into account"

"Worked in a kitchen facility setup, in Newark, Very quiet, you go in and do you work and leave. Management is Ok, some translation problems, with the French Chefs, but the Sous Chef would translate everything, a little rude"
