Events & Creative Director (Former Employee) says

"Blank Label is a great start up in the Boston area. The people are friendly and the product is great. The company is still very new and growing so there is a lack of structure as it is still being formed."

Menswear Specialist (Former Employee) says

"This is a pretty good company to work for but it suffers from poor management. They are very nice and accommodating but don't know what they are doing. If you work in the Boston market you'll probably be fine here, but offices in any other cities suffer. Far too much of their business relies on referrals, they spend almost nothing on advertising. They say they are very sensitive to work life balance, but Realistically you will be working 10 hour days, both early mornings and/ or late evenings. You are not *required to work more than one weekend a month, but realistically you are forced to come in on weekends in order to make your artificially inflated and unseasonal sales goals, or else you get fired. Any role other than direct sales is poorly paid. Cons: poor management, little support, staff constantly in flux"
