Lauren shares her disappointing experience on Yelp, "Yogen Füz frozen yogurt is good, but I never knew they didn't make it fresh. The frozen yogurt comes in prepackaged blocks. Then these frozen blocks are put into a press, to make the spiral sundays you receive. Really??? So those two shiny machines are not frozen yogurt makers, but two frozen yogurt block pressers? So disappointed...Also, the wait at this location is extremely slow. Yes, it's located inside one of the busiest places."

Manager (Former Employee) says"Very unorganized and poorly run store. It was impossible to arrive expected to co-manage with the exisitng manager and employees who were all very young and had no respect for teamwork, reliability, maturity, or quality of work. First and last time I supervise a staff of young irresponsible kids with no help, at least not for $11.00. Owner is actually very wonderful and very intelligent but probably needed some time to figure out that specific bussiness and whatnot.Good Learning Experienceunorganized, no disipline, or expectations actually enforced, Owner has poor judgement when it comes to hiring/firing staff."
Staff Member (Former Employee) says"a typical day it was long and tiring, 12hr shifts with a 20 minute break. how to look after the shop by myself. management was terrible. he had me working there for nearly a month and didn't pay me that whole month. i cannot say much about this job because i didn't work there long enough. and i dont have a nice thing to say about it while i was working there. i didnt get paid so he got closed down happen to about 3 other girls."
Attendant, Assistant (Former Employee) says"The manager is a great guy, tries to do what he can for you. The ownership on the other hand is horrible. They expect 100% from you but are unwilling to do anything for their employees beside provide a paycheck. Machines have been broken for years, supplies are constantly running out, you have to deal with rude customers constantly, the place is purposely understaffed to cut costs. Security cameras ensure that most of the time only one employee is needed to run the entire store."
