Xbox Live (formerly stylized as Xbox LIVE) is an online multiplayer gaming and digital media delivery service created and operated by Microsoft. It was first made available to the Xbox system on November 15, 2002. An updated version of the service became available for the Xbox 360 console at the system's launch in November 2005, and a further enhanced version was released in 2013 with the Xbox One.

A customer called Alexpho shares some thoughts about Xbox Live in the official Microsoft Forum: XBOX LIVE SUCKS !! PLEASE READ- BILL GATES ARE YOU LISTENING? Hey guys, 1st time posting on this forum. I have three kids on Xbox Live and paid the subscription for the entire year. All I need to know is what the heck is going on with XBOX Live? You can't connect to the Xbox live server lately. At times, when you do connect, it gets disconnected later. I am not complaining thinking I am the only one having this problem, but I am sure others are going through the same problem. I am looking at this from a different perspective. And no, it's not my internet connection, not the Xbox itself, and my account (s) are in good standing... A multi-billion dollar company in the computers and software business can't solve this problem?? What is going on here? Do you guys care? Where is the liability is putting out such a faulty product and charging people for it?? NOTIFY US OF THE PROBLEM. KEEP US INFORM. TELL US WHAT TO DO. DON'T JUST SIT THERE AND DRINK STARBUCKS COFFEE ALL DAY. AND YES, I OWN MICROSOFT STOCK, PERHAPS THAT'S THE REAL REASON WHY I AM UPSET ON HOW THIS COMPANY RESPONDS TO PROBLEMS.

"loved it all got cut short due to layoff and job cuts to overseas vendors so the people with issues call and cant understand what the agent is trying to say now we helped a lot of cust around holiday time then after that nothing sorry cut and replaced Cons: low pay no incentives at all"
