The Washington State Cougars football program is the intercollegiate American football team for Washington State University, located in Pullman, Washington. The team competes at the NCAA Division I level in the FBS and is a member of the North Division of the Pac-12 Conference (Pac-12). Known as the Cougars, the first football team was fielded in 1894.

"This is the worst place I’ve ever worked management is politically affected and doesn’t value their employees, if they do not like you you will be fired immediately. The turnover rate is extremely high because of their poor management skills"

"It was a fun fast passed environment. You were around a lot of college students in a hurry to get to class. Fellow staff is manly college students busy with homework. Cons: Poor managment"

"I learned a lot here but doesn't compare to having many people from different backgrounds and experiences. I found myself going everyday without any excitement because everyday was the same. Friendly people but needed more stimulation. Cons: Nothing to do"

"It was enjoyable to be in nature and interesting in the lab, altough it was not my best part to be in a lab where it is dark but the investigation kept my mind curios. Cons: few hours"

"The students are lazy but try to make the most of coaching practices. transportation is horrible because it puts me in an incompetent light to management due to if the are no drivers then i can not go to work, traveling distance and salary can not afford me. i have learnt to sacrifice due to incompetenc of transportation. coaching and doing my job is the most enjoyable part of the job. Cons: rediclous pay"
