"Environment of stress depending on the mood of the CEO. "Family" type atmosphere which means unprofessional atmosphere. CEO and others think they can say whatever they want including discriminatory comments and actions. Company is full of cliques and pettiness. No growth options unless you’re apart of the good ol boys club. No cost of living or performance raises. Long work hours and no reward."
