Atendente (Former Employee) says

"Um lugar onde a supervisão gosta de ser bajulada, preferindo promover quem bajula, ao invés de quem realmente merece. Cons: Todos"

Sales Representative (Current Employee) says

"The management at this location is trash. They don't even live by the core values they preach. So disorganized. Not giving money promised or: referral bonuses. Cons: Never knowing the truth about policy"

Advocate (Former Employee) says

"This job is terrible, very unorganized, everything with this company is wrong. If you work for them you will regret it. The trainers are very inadequate and the company is horrible Cons: Short breaks, management, unroganized"

"Company had goals that no agent could maintain and did NOT work with employees. On more than one occasion management would leave during the day and advise not to tell the sight director. Over horrible company to work for Cons: Everything"

"This place is the worst place to work!!!!! Run. The management do t care about employees. They just want the job done . It’s really a bad place to work Cons: Management is shiit"

Technical Support (Former Employee) says

"Gelukkig een korte tijd hier werkzaam geweest, echt een callcenter waar je een nummertje bent en alleen taken aan je worden opgelegd en word verwacht dat je taken doet van meerdere afdelingen. Cons: Eigenlijk alles..."

Tier 1 Technical Support (Former Employee) says

"This place has no room for growth. Low compensation, unwillingness to work with peoples availability. doesnt provide a good work/life balance. Somebody at the corporate office decided to switch payroll companies to cut costs right before the end of the year, which left the entire staff forced to wait 2 months until February to get the Christmas bonus which was promised to us at the time of employment. Advancement isn’t based on merit at all but which managers pocket you are in. Also has a problem with theft and lack of security in the building. Don’t work here if you have a choice to go somewhere else. Cons: The entire management team, lack of care about employees, low compensation"

Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) says

"Don't ever work at Concentrix! Cons: a lot!"

Technicien Support Client (Former Employee) says

"c’est une entreprise vraiment désagréable une des experte on ne sais elle se prend pour qui ils sont aigri vraiment une entreprise que je déconseille très fortement Cons: tout"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Not a good job as everyone make it seem like it is. They don’t work with you at all for scheduling and they don’t let you use the PTO hours you have available. Cons: Management, scheduling"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Training was a little on the difficult side and could not continue with the job because information was entered incorrectly. Also not paid fully for hours worked Cons: Pay"

Inbound Sales Advisor (Current Employee) says

"They will hire anyone, so don't expect a lot of the people you're working with and don't expect any trust from your employer. Training is poor and rushed, with very little support. They will drop your if they don't want you and won't bother even making up a plausible excuse, which is opposite what you'll be told on your induction - that Concentrix cares about its people. People end up suffering from anxiety due to various working conditions, but careful if you want time off the destress or have a doctor's appointment, they'll probably fire you for that. Cons: Long hours, team leaders don't care, they'll sack you if they don't like you"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Pushed to quickly even though you are not ready and get no help at all. Worst place I’ve ever worked for. First two weeks were great then after that you are basically left. Managers are horrible, don’t care and the turnover of staff is high. The stress is horrendous. My advice is avoid at all costs. The stress you have isn’t worth the salary. Most unhelpful people ever. Cons: Horrible place to work"

Sales Adviser II (Former Employee) says

"No Support from the TL, OM, or HR Managers or the TSS Floor Support. The TL's get into Screaming Matches with their Teammates and there was very Poor Quality Service Support from other AT&T, DTV and Uverse Employees from all over the World and the WAH Program was setup poorly because Customers and Staff Calls were still being Routed Outside of the Hickory Call Center directly to my Cellphone. I reported the Issues directly to Concentrix. Cons: Hiring of too many Drug Addicts"

Customer Care Ambassador General Motors Canada (Former Employee) says

"I have NEVER worked anywhere where I felt so undervalued, so demoralized on a daily basis. The treatment of the employees was something akin to what I'd expect in a 3rd world country. One of the happiest days of my life was the day I walked off shift there for the very last time. Working there was depressing beyond anything I've experienced. Cons: Horrendous wages, terrible treatment, High stress environment for minimum wage."

Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) says

"Started in may for a temp WFH job, then full time permanent. During covid nothing was done apart from putting a couple of stickers on chairs to not use them, and it took 5 people getting covid in one team to make bigger changes in the company. They don’t tell you nothing to not cause worry, but cause more worry for not! Don’t declare any illness’ as you will still get documented discussions for sickness even though you have a health condition. Cons: Everything"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Overall"
