"Service was great until it was needed. As long as all they had to do was collect our fees they did a good job. However, at this moment my business has been effectively shut down due to an apparent total failure of Vision Computers annual protection policies. The very day they called me to collect their annual fees they told me "You will get a update message named 'VISION 2020'... check 'NO'' We did as they directed. Shortly after our computer (as well as apparently hundreds of their other customers) was not working. We called Vision and after much conversation we were told that MANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM and instructed us to turn off our computer for 24 hours while they worked on it... I am curious, how do you do ANYTHING to a computer when it is turned off. After 24 hours is was still not working. Then they instructed us to turn it off until closing time and back on when we left for the night. They said it would be working the following morning. No it wasn't. That was followed with promise after promise and denial that it was anything they did despite their subscribers being who is affected. So far we have had 72 HOURS OF DOWN TIME FOR THE COMPUTER THAT RECORDS OUR SALES, SERVICES, INVENTORY, TAXES, PAYROLL... all our business activities. At this time, despite dozens of promises, more than three full business days have passed and they have not fixed the problem they created. As of this moment, it has been six hours since our last conversation at which time I was PROMISED it would be fixed within three hours. It has now been almost four days, it is not working and they don't sound as if they are concerned."

"Sorry Vision but you have lost my trust. I have purchased several computers over the years and paid for the annual maintenance. Now you have wiped my computer and are unwilling to do anything to restore it. Shame on you. Not sure if there was a change in ownership or what happened. I spent 20 minutes on hold Friday evening and then was told someone would call back shortly. Never received a call back. I called back Monday and tech was unwilling to help. Maybe I wasn't your biggest customer but you have lost a long time customer."

"My new computer was not set up as requested and I've had nothing but trouble since he insisted that I log onto a local account instead of our server (which I have done for the past 19 years). We called 2 days ago to request additional assistance to solve the issue and my admin was spoken to quite rudely. I have hired another company to come out and resolve my issues"
