"Had a job offer... pay was pitiful. I was already licensed and what they offered me was disgraceful. They offerd me 500 a week for the first month. After that it was 100% commision. The commision structure is all over the place. The office you work in smells like cat P and is very outdated. The managers were really nice and preach to you a dream. No one was in the office but the managers. You could hear the a/c coming out the vents that is how much life was in there.500 a week for first month. Managers were nice.Enviroment. Culture. Pay"

Finacial Representative (Former Employee) says

"When I started working there the management was going through a transitional period. The old manager had retired and another manager from another office became the new manager. I felt because of this transition I wasn't properly trained. I kept getting told to just do the training online, which is basically all I did the first week. I would ask for help from the manager, and he said he would help me, but then he never did. I was let go because my 20 week AP wasn't not where it was supposed to be. The manager had favorites that he would work with more carefully. I was not one of them.It didnt feel like a jobpoor management and training"

Assistant Manager (Current Employee) says

"upper management reluctant to change to fit the current times. The culture is overly conservative and not appealing to the younger generation. It's a very slow moving ship and takes a long time to advance within the company.free lunchhealthcare"
