Lathe operator/assembler (Former Employee) says"Great place to work. On hand training. They provide in house schooling as well. I started at 14.61 and within 6 months i was at 20 per hr. Just take the courses for your dept and its an instant raise. Courses are 1-3days."

Get assignment to do, ie:assembling, weld testing, finish job, look for boss again. When I did assembling, noticed I was able to make as many parts in 4 hours as did a full time employee who made twice much.4 hour daysboring"

Algemeen medewerker (Former Employee) says"de dagen zijn wisselend van aard, afhankelijk van de personnelsbezetting. aan het begin van de dag worden werkorders uitgegeven. daarna langs de verschillende afdelingen om te bekijken met afdchef of alles compleet is en geproduceert kan worden, anders werkvolgorde wijzigen, doorgeven aan alle afdelingen, order picken in magazijn, leveren op diverse afdelingen zodat iedereen door kan werken op volgorde. alles komt bij elkaar bij assemblage, eindafwerking. evt na inpakken verzendklaar maken ontbrekende onderdelen bijvoegen, daarna pallet/kist naar verzendmagazijn."

Coolant Technician (Former Employee) says"It was an ok place to work, only did it for the money for a couple of years while i was figuring out what i wanted to do with my life post- high school. it was a very physical hard labor job on most days and it was at times not very safe.The money i was receiving was good despite not having a college degree yet i still feel like i was underpaid for the amount of labor i had to do and the working conditions i was working in. if i were to return it wouldn't be as a coolant guy that's for sure. i can definately see why that position has a high turnover rate. i had a nice boss and good co workers.Free paid 30 minute break, good co-workersDirty Work Environment, hazards"
