"Although this website has cool pictures, they're all stolen. We Heart It never sources or credits the photos that are posted, which isn't fair to the person who took the photo/the artist. Don't be a jerk, link your sources, and don't take credit for someone else's photo."

"This place is a joke 12 bucks an hour to do the same work most other jobs pay 15 to start at. They follow you in the bathroom and harass you ...not to mention the junkies dropping crack on the floor and dozing off on the phones. If you have any actual talent you won’t get far only brown nosing works! Oh and don’t forget the part where HR takes your bonuses and breaks. Stay away it’s not worth itThey hire anyone so if your desperate this is the place for youEverything"

"Couldn’t believe how the office worked (or didn’t for that matter). The first day I was told to use my phone when electronics were not acceptable in work area. People showed up in pj’s to work. Where I was given a desk because my trainer was going on vacation would be good I was told because the supervisors were right near by. When I needed a supervisor, she acted like I was putting her out as I should know after being trained for 2 weeksNoneCould be a great company if they had control of itCaLLogix has reviewed these comments. "I worked here for a few months and my grandmother just passed away. I told them nothing was planned before I was hired they said that's fine, then I went to request the day off for it. They told me they wanted a death certificate for proof. Other girls doing the same exact thing got paid a lot more than me. And when I quit they messaged me saying I can come pick up my stuff. I emailed them back and they told me they threw my stuff away...CaLLogix has reviewed these comments. Ultimately, we are about providing excellent customer service to our clients and their customers. In specific response to this review:Our condolences to the author of this review on the loss of their grandmother. We do have a bereavement policy that allows employees to receive paid time off when a family member passe. "I was in tears or in a rage almost everyday that I was there. I was paid regularly and that was the only pro. The HR staff are hypocritical and cruel. If you have even a chance of working somewhere else, do it. Almost any job is better than this job. "This place was a call center you can guess that it was not he cleanest place but it was more than just that. The people were not clean there was feces on door handles. The management's attitude was not nice, the HR attitude was not nice. as a person with health issues they were accommodating at first but then they got all rude because i was starting a new treatment and they did not like all the appointments i needed for it. Also to they required you come in on extreme so days even if you are not comfortable driving and I have no family or friends that would take me and their pay was not good so i had no money for Uber or Taxi.CaLLogix has reviewed these comments. Our property management company and our cleaning company are wonderful at keeping our building pleasant for all to enjoy. "The culture was that the bosses make money. The workers who took the calls were dealt with as if they were these expendable people to be paid as little as possible and if they were females who didn't sound like phone sex they were let go as not having enough skills to stay employed--especially if they were there long enough to make a decent amount of moneynonethey will fire you for any excuse whether you do good or notCaLLogix has reviewed these comments. "I haven’t even been working here for 3 months & this job is a joke. They have me cross training. My supervisors are rude. No one knows anything. I got thrown on the phones after a week of training. I was trained by new hires. On top of that, you get in trouble for asking another co worker a question. The supervisors are unprofessional. They talk about co workers right on the call center floor. Get mad when you tell them the truth. Don’t have any sympathy for emotions. Everyone has something to say but won’t say it directly to you. Random coworkers want to tell you what to do because they’ve been working at callogix for a longer time. They condone coworkers having an open relationship at the work place. Oh & don’t mention anything to HR. She don’t care about you or your problems. Oh & they pick & choose who to send home for using their cellphone.everything that has to do with callogixCaLLogix has reviewed these comments. "Poor management ! Poor supervisors ! They just keep redirecting you to a different supervisors when you need help so they don’t have to help you or you can’t find any one to help you just all round An awful stressful place to work you do not get holiday pay if you want to get paid you have to use any vacation time you may have and then still may not get paid you get 40 hrs vacation pay after 30 or 90 days of getting hired don’t remember which but any way took my 40 hr vacation witch they approved and put pto on my schedule but then they did not pay me for it the place is a joke ! People do not stay there ! Everyone that was there when I got hired was gone in the matter of months ! "Absolute worse place I have ever had to work in my life. 12 mins a day to use the rest room, no paid holidays off, can not accumulate ANY sick time. Can not take any sick days off because you wont get paid! Got written up for taking too long to go to the rest room 1 day!A jobno 401k match no holidays no sick time no paid lunchesWe do not have an Administrative Assistant role here at CaLLogix, as represented by this person. This review does not appear to be submitted truthfully. Likely, this was probably a former Customer Service Representative that did not show up for work much, and/or stay on the phones when they were at work, and it appears they believe they shouldn't have to work to be employed here."

CSR (Current Employee) says

"The company is very cheap. Only three paid holidays. If the project you are working on has a holiday and it is not one of Callogix holiday, you DON'T GET PAID. They say it is a 40 hour work week. First week of training was only 26 hours. The next week was only 32 hours. They push that if you have any questions, go to a leader. Leaders are difficult to find and don't want to take calls when customer request a supervisor. Your peers are nice. There are better jobs out there than working for Callogix. If you need healthcare, you are better off with Obamacare.NoneMany"

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Callogix prides itself on “always putting excellent customer service first” which means that you, the employee, are an afterthought. The job itself wasn’t too bad. Most customers were friendly and polite. However, it could get very stressful with high call volumes and rude customers. If a customer is screaming at you on the phone, you are the one dealing with it, not management. The pay here is far below industry standards and not nearly enough for the stress you endure. Other call centers in the area pay around $16-$20 per hour while here the amount is between $11-$13. You're also given very little training and then thrown on the phones. This would be fine if leaders were knowledgeable and willing to help, which they are not. You will never get the same answer twice for any given question you ask. Often times, you have to put a customer on hold for long periods of time because a leader doesn’t know the answer to your question. You are then yelled at for having the customer on hold too long. The work culture is disrespectful. There is always office gossip going around, and leaders pick favorites. Management will often send out emails asking employees if they’d like to skip their lunch. If you call in sick or have a family emergency, they are not understanding at all. You’re often required to drive to work in state of emergency snow storms as the call center or fear of losing your job. Most projects are open 24/7, 365 days a year. If you miss a day of work, they will pressure you into working through your lunch or staying late another day. You're also often asked20 minute paid break, own cubicle, coworkers were usually nice, sometimes get prizesLow pay, poor management, no work/life balance, high stress, office gossip"

Call Center Representative (Former Employee) says

"When you first start working here everyone is pleasant to you and willing to help. After about two or three months the management will not help. The company has very bad work life balance. You are grossly underpaid and you will get yelled at for using your breaks. It seems that HR is willing to take anyone who can pass the background and drug test. The rules are very inconsistent and forget about taking time off. I put in a request for a specialist Doctor office visit about a month before. I only asked for 3 hours off because I would be undergoing some testing as well. It was denied because I didn't send it in soon enough. However if you have SNAP and or get help from the government the management will let you take off as many days as you like. Another thing that maybe a negative is 75% of the employees speak Spanish. This is great for other Spanish speakers but not for someone who doesn't. You are very isolated and that doesn't make for a great work environment. The workload is very intense and you will burn out quickly. Over time is available but the management expects to stay til closing of the project. Quality Assurance will talk down to you and will make fun of you for asking questions.Overtime, own desk. Not enough PTO, Low Pay, Too high of expectations.CaLLogix has reviewed these comments.
