A former employee said this in a review "There's a constant reorganization of manage in Virgin Galactic, they leave you with low reviews because you set goals with one manager just to have them become a manager of a different dept. Rarely given the tools time or direction to get jobs done, then, blame you on why there is little progress. Constantly hiring new people for management who have no idea about what we're doing which increases confusion and bad business decisions. HR has way too much involvement with payroll. HR is slow to work with. Massive ego and image problem, causes hostile work environment. Schedules were probably made by the good old boys who were drunk golfing".
Hobby Flyer says"100% shocking customer service i placed an order in may this year for broadband and phone service from them and also was offered a Google Nest with my order i have still not got the Google Nest and after calling them over and over and talking to them on there web chat service i have still not got it and customer service seems to be no help at all my advice to anyone thinking of ordering there service is stay well away there customer service is just a total joke there happy to take your order and your money and as soon as that is done no one at virgin media wishes to help you at all just fob you off tell you you will get a call back and nothing at all from them STAY AWAY"
Former Employee - General Worker says"Hot location, management was hypocritical and micromanagey and their criticism was in no way constructive or respectful, overloaded the test site including the septic system"
A&P Technician (Former Employee) says"environment was unorganized , no structure, no department organization. lack of advancement. management was not effective or efficient in daily operations."
Leyton Jones says"Received an email back in June offering a ‘deal’ on Sky sports so I signed up via the link. First bill then stated full price! Tried calling and can’t get through, we chat takes forever so you get disconnected and have filled in 2 web forms to complain. Would probably have kept the package for the year of the deal but have now cancelled it. Would have rated zero stars if I could have!!"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"There was an inexperienced leadership team"
Material Handler/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"If your manager tells you that they believe in communication it means that they want to know everything you are doing and want to read every email you send. Somehow "communication" became a new term for "micromanagement". They say safety is important, but that's just talk. A lot of " talking the talk" and very little of "walking the walk". Don't expect them to be in business 10 years from now.Happy hour, free snacks, some really good working folksConstant turnover, poor management, untrained management, safety is not priority."
Markus Perkumas says"Rip off, they reel you in with a low price and then charge you more after a certain period. They gave me a £28 price for a bundle I bought for broadband and then started charging me £44 for the same bundle a year later. I sent them an email in April asking about this but nobody replied and when I called they said no customer service due to covid restrictions. I finally got through 4 months later and had to pay 4 months at a rate of £44. Don't use them, internet is not even that great had problems with it sometimes even when paying for the highest plan."
Former Employee - Senior Mechanical Engineer says"How do such smart engineers continue to believe such a small rocket with limited margins of payload is EVER going to orbit? The Boeing people won't even test because big box company execs don't take risks at startups. Then again, what makes anyone think VG is a start up? It's an LLC for crying out loud. It's a holding company for Branson brand promotion like Hyperloop and Cosmic 747's that pose as first stage boosters... sadly, with lots of people on board. It's ridiculous that this company houses so many well educated engineers that apparently just take the money. There's no serious engineering going on here. I mean come on it's a big marketing PR scam."
Composite Technician (Former Employee) says"Constant reorganization of manage leaves you with low reviews because you set goals with one manager just to have them become a manager of a different dept.
