Valentino S.p.A. is an Italian clothing company founded in 1960 by Valentino Garavani and part of Valentino Fashion Group, which in turn is owned by the State of Qatar through Mayhoola for Investments S.P.C. Since October 2008, the creative director is Pier Paolo Piccioli. Alessandra Facchinetti was Valentino's creative designer from 2007 to 2008. Valentino is headquartered in Milan, while the creative direction is in Rome.

One angry customer shared this in a review "It’s hard to believe such a brand could be a scammer.. but sad to see that they have turned in to a scammer. Do not order anything from Valentino online, they don’t send you receipts, phone number is wrong, you emailed them everyday without getting a reply, once they get your money end of it story. They don’t send you the product you paid for.So shame, I would have never thought this would happen with such brand, but I don’t think they will last too long. PLEASE PLEASE don’t order anything online, if you want to buy something buy it Directly from the shop."

Managers did not understand how to positively reinforce their employees. Company only cares about the bottom line. Management sought to make sure that employees knew they were expandable. Employees were threatened with loss of employment had they not meet their goals, yet the store itself was having difficulty to produce."

"I bought a pair of shoes in December 2019.
January 2020 they were already broken.

I contact them in february to tell them about this problem, but no answer.

It took me 29 mails before their costumer service finally answered me in August 2020.

They told me i could send my shoes back, and they would repair them.
I send them back, and 8 weeks later they tells me that it's my own fault, and they couldn't do anything about it.
I had weared the shoes carefully like 15 times.

"The worst customer after care I have ever received... The sandals purchased I was pleased with but no dust bag provided. Once I checked and was advised they should have one included they would not send me one. The best they could offer for something I had already paid for was a free shipping for my next purchase!!! Always an excuse. This is A SCAM!!!
As another commenter stated it is not the money, it is the principal. I was hoping for New Years I would have the ring to give to my daughter. Then I was hoping Valentine’s Day, then Easter haha you get the point. They Are a SCAM!!"

"I wouldn't even give them a 1 star! I really wished that I read these reviews before placing an order from Valentino. The worst decision of my life. I ordered an item which I returned, I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement let alone my refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service for such a big brand. I will never buy from this brand again! Stay clear, do not order from them or you will regret it."

"I order the Rockstud wedge Sandal to pick up in store I went to Rodeo drive to pick up I asked for a bag because I was carrying more stuff, she said I cannot give you a bag “store policy” I asked if I was able to try them on she said “ No” do to COVID-19 I can understand that but she was super rude! She also said the store has nothing to do with online orders ! I spend $815 and you can’t even give me a bag. Lol Balenciaga offered me water bottle.
