"I have been working at USWired full-time Cons: One word to sum it all up is "EVERYTHING." Still no change, and I'm not holding my breath. Just passing time until a better opportunity comes along. The market is getting better so it's only a matter of time. I'm surprised this place is still up and running."

"I worked at USWired Cons: Poor management. Only concerned about public image and fattening up pockets of those on the top of the food chain which is the CEO himself."

"I worked at USWired Cons: - Some really lazy, negative, unproductive engineers - High traffic area (101 & N 1st St) during peak hours makes for longer commute time - Desperately need better support for staff (on-boarding, training and staff resources) - Expected to work longer hours and be available on weekends (regardless of the on-call rotation), with little/no appreciation or compensation - Poor management team (out of touch, micro-managing, only concerned with "the bottom line") - Not ITIL compliant, and has no desire to be ITIL compliant - No upward mobility, they would rather hire from outside than promote from within"
