Well the Foundation is renowned but it still sucks to satisfy its Employees as well as Clients. A fed-up employee says "Work-life balance skewed to favor UHG". Another former Employee, Jacksonville, FL showed his love for UHG in his amazing review; “The HDP department sucks! They do not care about your well being and the supervisors pick favorites. This company is Horrible and has no respect for its employees. They don't want you going to the bathroom unless it is on your breaks”.
In short, United Health Foundation will suck your work-life balance.
