AT&T U-verse, commonly called U-verse, was an AT&T brand of triple-play telecommunications services, although the brand is now only used in reference to the IPTV service. Launched on June 26, 2006, U-verse included broadband Internet (now AT&T Internet or AT&T Fiber), IP telephone (now AT&T Phone), and IPTV (U-verse TV) services in 48 states.

Jonathan an unsatisfied new customer says, "I made the mistake of switching to AT&T Uverse from Spectrum. The problems 1gb up and down, which it does provide - WHEN IT WORKS. In the first week of service the Internet has gone down multiple times (at the outside box level, so the problem wasn't in the house), and AT&T won't come out the same day to fix the problem so you're just screwed. I strongly advise avoiding this company like the plague. If their service is this bad for brand new customers that you THINK they'd want to keep happy while still in the 30 day refund period, how bad will the support be once you're OUTSIDE of the refund period?"

"The location of this call center was very far, the management was horrible and unreliable, they were very unprofessional and not prepared to assist when they were needed. Cons: Everything"

"The campaign was shorter than I thought. The atmosphere was nice but all in all would not suggest working here. It was hard to get to certain neighborhoods without a car and most home owners don't like people coming to their doors and soliciting products. Cons: not hourly or salary"

"Always busy, and lots of work to keep you busy. Somedays are worse than others but overall it was a good job. Management can micro manage a little too much but overall if you do your job they leave you alone Cons: micro management and mandatory overtime some days"

"I enjoyed working with the people in the company as well as customers of AT&T and or other such companies my task was to allow each individual each client to take a look at our products compare them to the products they already have and provide them with a better package for their needs and more Buck for their money it was competitive and highly fun Cons: this position was commission-based pay only"

"PT 2 FRAUD: I got a confirmed cancellation from ATT but AttSavings sent an installer anyway. I told him I had canceled & already set up with another company. Either he or AttSavings LIED & reported a successful installation at my address, so ATT began billing me for an account I didn't know I had, under the landline phone number I didn't know I had. They defrauded me and the real/official ATT company! -- PT 1 before fraud: Didn't realize I was at a third-party website. Wondered why the price was so terrible, but I was moving, maybe they were all really expensive there? Official ATT doesn't even cover my address! Thankfully I was able to get out of it. Lots of research after the suspicious phone call, in time to cancel. They still sent me a modem after I canceled. Not sure how to return. Hope I don't get a bill."

"So after 5 phone calls to AT&T to do something as simple as a move of existing service to a new address, which also requires changing the phone number, there is exactly the same revolving door. I know the new number and the expected service date, but "There is a problem with processing your order". As a stockholder, this is the worst possible customer service ever imaginable. Maybe they really want people to change service providers."
