Tutti frutti (from Italian tutti I Frutti, "all fruits"; also hyphenated tutti-frutti) is a colorful confectionery containing various chopped and usually candied fruits, or an artificial or natural flavoring simulating the combined flavor of many different fruits. It is most notable in Western countries outside of Italy in the form of ice cream.
Fruits used for tutti frutti ice cream include cherries, raisins, and pineapple, often augmented with nuts. In the Netherlands, tutti-frutti (also "tutti frutti," "tutti frutti") is a compote of dried fruits, served as a dessert or a side dish to a meat course. In Belgium, tutti-frutti is often seen as a dessert. Typically, it contains a combination of raisins, currants, apricots, prunes, dates, and figs.
A sad customer aired his thoughts in an anonymous interview, he said " Very rude and selfish store owners who heavily exploited their employees. Very low pay for an extreme amount of work (heavily understaffed). Ridiculously small amount of tips. Closing and putting all the cold things away when you have limited fridge space. Management was not strong and lacked any professional skills. Changed the schedule on a daily basis. Were not instructed to clean more than once a week."
Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) says"The pay was very low. Management was often hostile and yelled at employees. Favorites were chosen and management was inconsistent on how they wanted employees to complete tasks. They violated many health codes and made employees wear/share the same hats and aprons. I left because the manager would constantly yell and berate me for no reason even though I was 17 and this was my first job. When I left, they begged me to come back. Only good thing was I made some good friends with my coworkers. Cons: Hostile Management, Low Pay, No Training"
Sales associate (Former Employee) says"Worst job I ever had. Any employees wanted to sue the management for the wrong treatment of their employees and the sexist and racist comments they would tell their employees. They picked favorites and never gave us our tips they would keep them or give 20 to one person when they felt like it Cons: Everything"
Crew Member (Former Employee) says"I was hired on when they were reopening the 4th street store. I loved my customers and how light the workload was. The owners were constantly gone; they didn't even meet one of the employees who worked there. They're always unavailable, and would send the schedules the day of the new week. I needed time off and i gave them a one month notice; i was told i was the only one available for the shifts (i worked two shifts a day, six days a week) and wasn't allowed the time off. I was told breaks weren't needed since the storw was never busy, and was lectured for smoking a cigarette in my car before my shift, being told it's unattractive and will make the store look bad. Every paycheck was three days to a week late, and would have 10 less hours on it than i had worked. The managers hated working at our store, so they'd find ways to get out of shifts there. I got tacked on managerial duties after being told they couldn't hire a manager due to wages. They fired me for asking for my paycheck 6 days in a row, because it was 6 days late. I was told I wasn't a team player for that and let go. Even though I worked 2-730, and 9-10/10-11 Mon-Sat. Cons: No breaks, late and short checks, bad management, bad scheduling."
Cashier (Former Employee) says"Ok job for high schoolers or beginning college. Management was ok, got to meet interesting people, gained experience in sales and marketing. Summer was fun, it was slow during the fall and winter"

server (Former Employee) says"Was a great team environment, very clean and organized place, Very organized and healthy place to work in. Organized, and efficient Cons: work every weekend"
Atendente de Salão (Former Employee) says"uma empresa boa de trabalhar."
Plongeur (Former Employee) says"pire job à vie, boss méchants et exploiteur."
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) says"Not fun at all. The manager hardly paid any attention to the workers and was only feeding himself and watching on. The facilities were poor and working environment was boring to work in. Will not recommend anyone to work there."
Sales Assistant (Current Employee) says"So I work at bluewater tutti frutti and I have to say it's not a very good job, you stand at front telling people to try samples for hours. Not fun really Cons: Hours, management, job it's self"
Cashier (Former Employee) says"The management wasnt all that great. they weren't friendly at all. You did way more than for what they payed you. you barely got hours Cons: everything else"
Assistant-Store Manager (Former Employee) says"A typical day at work involved mostly cleaning and the making of yogurts. Management was sometimes unfair, but what can you do? The job itself is easy but would not recommend to a friend. No signs of growth, you can work there for 10 years and might not be promoted. It's good only if you're in school and want a super part time job. Cons: No breaks, no benefits, understaffed, poor wage"
Serveuse dejeuner (Former Employee) says"this restaurant was run by well meaning and hardworking people, but no experience u put in cheap u get out cheap, and no organization."
Cashier (Former Employee) says"I worked at Tutti Frutti when it was under different management. Now it's much better, but before there was obvious discrimination in the workplace. Manager constantly scheduled me on days when I had classes/prior engagements I'd told her about weeks in advance and left me in difficult positions every time. Lazy coworkers were constantly a stress, and the only time it felt like things were going right was when I was working alone. Despite all of this, getting free yogurt was a nice plus. Cons: Awful Management, coworkers and pay"
Cashier (Former Employee) says"You work alone, everyday for 6 hours. I learned to make smoothies and yogurt and learned how to handle the yogurt machine dispensers. The manager was cheap and had no idea what he was doing 98% of the time. Co workers were just rude and fake. The hardest part of the job was taking breaks because no one else is there to watch the store. There really is not enjoyable part , just leaving after my shift was over."
Crew Member (Former Employee) says"Very relaxed typically doesn't get busy until 4pm. Ran the cash register. Cut fruit. Prepped fruit. Made drinks and smoothies. Kept everything clean and well organized. Closed. Was a key holder. I did my best to be the best employee. Manager had terrible communication skill. Cons: No holiday pay. No payed vacations. No healthcare. Nothing"
Crew Member (Former Employee) says"My boss had a strong Asian accent and I couldn't understand what he was saying most of the time which made it hard for me to work there and do what he told me to do. Cons: Boss"
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says"One thing I liked about this job is that they occasionally let me experiment with different concepts for the frozen yogurt, such as freezing it in molds to make treats on sticks with different flavor combinations."
Crew Member (Former Employee) says"Overall, pretty poor management. Paychecks came late and were often a couple hours short. Shifts were scheduled on a weekly basis, and were not posted until late evening the night before the week started, and were scheduled at times when they couldn't work (employees notified the boss weeks in advance). Cons: Short paychecks, went out of business for a couple months"
Cashier (Former Employee) says"Working there wasn't hard. It was pretty simple, but the problem was the machines kept freezing up, and the food went bad or we ran out. My co-workers were fantastic but hated putting up with the mess we had to deal with day in and day out. Our manager is a great guy but he lacked the experience that we needed in a leader. I felt like that it was us employees that were running the shop instead. There were many times when we had fun and we enjoyed getting along with customers, but the lack of necessities and poor management caused me to leave the job. Cons: No breaks, no getting paid more for overtime."
