The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (pronounced [telaṅgaːna raːʃʈra samiti]; transl. Telangana state council; abbr. TRS) is an Indian regional political party based in Telangana. It was founded on 27 April 2001 by K. Chandrashekar Rao, with a single-point agenda of creating a separate Telangana state with Hyderabad as its capital. It has been instrumental in carrying forth a sustained agitation for the granting of statehood to Telangana.
A user "Pulkit Gupta" recounts his thoughts about the political party Telangana Rashtra Samithi creation on the "The Economic Times" website on September 16, 2012:
"What MPs did to form Telangana was a shameful act, it was against democracy! & now Ms. Soniaji Gandhi by talking of special status you are beginning another political war between the two newborn states!"

Appointment Setter (Former Employee) says
"Not a very professional employment environment ~ lots of favoritism and upper management did not know how to come across with staff. Sometimes quite rude and disrespectful. This employer simply just was not a good fit for myself. Yet, I would not discourage others from applying. What may not work for one may work wonders for another! Cons: Short breaks, micro-management"Call Center Agent (Former Employee) says
"the environment is disgusting. IM not a smoker or coffee drinker and the entire office smelt of it constantly. everyday I went into work I feel ill, all ten hours of work. Cons: everything"Call Center Agent (Former Employee) says
"normally worked 8 hours a day, only guaranteed 4 days, they play favorites just like any other typical sales job even though they say again and again it isnt a sales job, yet you have quotas and bonus/commission, management is very two faced, a lot of gossip between employees, they say they are like family but they stab you in the back Cons: literally everything else"Manager (Former Employee) says
"Over the last 6 years the work ethos has went steadily downhill. Rampant nepotism and unwise choices in management resulted in much infighting and a targeted effort to remove all long standing employees who had a direct line to the absentee Owner. The current Management condones and feeds into drama. Being pushed out of this company was actually a relief. I have felt liberated ever since, I only regret spending so many years being loyal. Cons: will lie and conspire to get out of paying unemployment, short-changes their clients and gets away with it by falsifying reports."Call Center Agent (Former Employee) says
"I worked here for a little over a month in 2015. When I got hired they said during training how not to stress out about making "sales" and they will train us yet no one really ever trained me. They throw a script at you to read and that's that. Telemarketing personally wasn't for me but I really needed a job. They fired me out of nowhere with NO WARNING. They said they fired me because I was dialing calls and then hanging up. I asked for proof and they said the lady who handles it had left for the day coincidentally. On top of that it was after I had told them I was pregnant. Could have been a coincidence but who knows. Some of the employees were nice but most weren't friendly. It's a good job if you meet their quotas but if sales isn't for you, I wouldn't work here. Cons: Literally everything else"Call Center Agent (Former Employee) says
"I got this job through a temp agency. It was fast paced and held meetings on a set schedule. It gave weekly pay and paid pretty well. We worked in cubicles and had to make a minimum of 500 calls a day. Cons: Sitting for long periods of time"Marketing Agent (Former Employee) says
"This job was a fast paced telemarketing job with individual goals as well as team goals. I work well in a fast pace environment with customer service. Cons: Not enough recognition for employees who consistently meet and exceed company goals"Former Employee - Recruiter says
"I worked at TRS Healthcare full-time Cons: Direct manager was barely involved in my interview and on boarding which I thought was a little strange. HR is not the friendliest."
