Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Been supervisor and liaison for workers and employer taught me how to communicate in a diplomatic manner. Management could be very difficult not always understand the needs of both clients and workers. I enjoyed meeting people and the hardest part was to see how peoples places been broken into and destroyed Cons: working long hours and dangerous times"

Machine Operator (Former Employee) says

"It was a fast paced environment. I thought needed improvement overall it was not what I thought I was going to be doing as an employee. I also was not happy with the management nor the supervisors effort in handling situation properly. I was ready to find other employment within the first week of starting"

Leasing Specialist /Admin Support (Former Employee) says

"Very busy, learn new things everyday, time consuming, meet new tenants / applicants. hardest part of the job is recertification when you have a deadline, some tenants / applicants don't submit required documents on time. it is a big challenge but fun."

Landscaping (Former Employee) says

"I reccomend this job to anyone that wants to be successful in life .the job has alot of oppurtunities .this job has different types of options that you can use to gain experience to use in the future. Cons: N.a"

Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"The shining gem of this job was that the people working there were the best people that I have ever met. Most of us were like family and we created a positive work environment. I learned how to control my emotions, provide great customer service, operate a cash register, and be more open when interacting with people. Management was very 50/50 when it came to handling customers. Cashiers were expected to uphold company policy no matter what, but as soon as the management came face to face with a customer it was as if company policy didn't mean anything. There are no employee evaluations which means there's no annual raise. Cons: Management"

Sale Clear (Current Employee) says

"Working with others group members was a fun and excited to chat and gather around to help one another in many ways. I learned that the workers have co-operated all the times when needed. The management were all good and always there when I need them. This is a great workplace and the culture of working are very amazing. The enjoyable part of the job was inputting all the invoices into the system so that it can automatically calculate the demand that we made each day. Cons: Short breaks"
