"Come busy season which is 6 to 8 months out of the year I was working 12 days straight and two days off for that while time. Management was never there on the weekends and never there to see how you're actually doing instead depending on what other employees say about you. Almost everyone in HR is rude 99% of the time. Not manyShort breaks and too much time spent at work and away from family"

Their HR department are not bad they treat you as respectfully but once you get hired and start working there then you will know how cheap they are, they treat their employees like a slave and there supervisors shouting on employees all the time even if you didn't do anything. I have so much more to say in review but that's all for know.NothingAlways"

Manager (Current Employee) says

"This is a company that you want to avoid at ALL costs, whether you are salaried or hourly. Employees are not valued, and upper management (Oak Brook) has no desire to listen or invest in the plants or the people. Bad business model. If Corporate really would like to make a difference, listen to your employees, stop meddling in the plants and actually invest in those plants and the employees.NoneHorrible facilities, understaffed, poor leadership"

Bay Leader (Former Employee) says

"The whole human resource department has no clue about anything. Getting fmla is next to impossible for most people. They work against you not with you. No place for advancement what so ever. Once your stuck on a line that's it. The minority's take advantage of there group. Once you leave on good terms if you want to go back it depends on if hr liked you or not. Doesn't matter if you were a great workerHours 6-2 are greatShort breaks"

I was a scalar on 3rd Shift (Former Employee) says

"Floor leads and management are the most disrespectful people I've come in contact with in any job. The work environment is completely hostile and racially imbalanced. A great deal of attention is paid to non-hispanic minorities who are forced out of their positions or giving an unfair share of the work. You may be told today five minutes before the end of your shift that you expected to work 12 hours no warning no consideration for what you might have to do or plan. You are spoken to like you a small child being disciplined for some horrendous act that you committed. The problem is not the workers the problem is the management the floor leads and HR who turns a blind eye to its staff and their behavior. The job isn't that bad it's just mismanaged micro managed and it's workers taking completely foot for granted. It's a lousy place to work. The pay is good but not worth the aggravation you have to take in order to get it. The plant is closing by April 2017. So anyone starting now should know that is short term don't know about other tree house plants but the Azusa plant the worst job I ever worked anywhere!Prosphere responsible for making name brand productsThe work is shoddy and the management is the worst in the business. Dub Taylor"

Buyer Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Just find somewhere else to work. This place is dirty and disgusting. It worked there for a year and the bathroom was half way cleaned twice. It wasn't until the covid19 came out that Treehouse started to care about cleaning.NoneAll. Nothing but gross people. Don't eat pita chips."

Packaging Operator (Former Employee) says

"This place was horrible! I was a bagger operator on second shift the training was on first shift with extremely unpleasant employees. The temperature was hot and uncomfortable everyday because the ovens are directly behind the production floor. No work on Friday just cleaning! When you report things they retaliate and suspend you for an extra two minutes on break. This place is terrible! No diversity in management."

Warehouse Tech 2 / Receiving clerk (Former Employee) says

"Very poor management, Very poor leadership from supervisors to leads. English is a second language if you don't speak Spanish you're not included in conversations. Supervisors make up their own laws until proven wrong. Supervisors show favoritism towards Mexican race over other people. HR department is about the same very poor in handling things with Employees. If you report something to HR within a week you are in trouble for something And made out to be the bed guy. Really don't know how I lasted as long as I did...Management, supervisors, leads"

Packer (Former Employee) says

"People here were very rude and ugly. I think it was because they were over worked. The people kept quitting and you couldn't stay on your regular shift.MoneyTo many to list"

Lead Man (Former Employee) says

"This company was the most cutthroat company I ever had to work for. You could be the best worker in there but if you go against them in any way shape or form you will be on their chopping block. Management does not like criticism even if its meant well. Their motto is do as I say not as you think even if your ideas are better. This company works its employees to death, they don't care about your home life. What they need is a permanent weekend shift so everyone doesn't have to work every weekend for 8 to 9 months straight. This company goes thru alot of temps, this company goes thru alot of employees. They like Mexicans because they work them like dogs. Treehouse needs to let unions come in so the workers can have some rights instead of being treated like slaves. I have seen employees with bone exposed due to a injury they received in the work place and the safety manager would not let the employee go to the hospital until she was done her investigation which could take up to an hour or more. Violence and Stress is very high in this place, management does not care if employees threaten and hit one another, if you say something they will get rid of you. You are nothing but a number. Pay and benefitsWhat good is the pay and benefits if your not gonna be there long."
