One World Trade Center (also known as One World Trade, One WTC, or Freedom Tower) is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City. One WTC is the tallest building in the United States, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, and the seventh-tallest in the world. The supertall structure has the same name as the North Tower of the original World Trade Center, which was destroyed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The new skyscraper stands on the northwest corner of the 16-acre (6.5 ha) World Trade Center site, on the site of the original 6 World Trade Center. The building is bounded by West Street to the west, Vesey Street to the north, Fulton Street to the south, and Washington Street to the east.
Trade Architect si intensely crowded, time to watch through the windows is limited and the experience is uncomfortable and disappointing, Connector310188 wrote about it on tripadvisor.com
"Disappointed. I purchased a priority access package. It was great not to have to wait in lines, however once we finally got to the observatory, it was so crowded that we were not able to get much window time so we could use the ipads. Perhaps a window section for priority access might be helpful. We tried waiting it out to see if the crowd would lighten up as it was dusk. Went to the cafe to grab a bite but there was no seating. We were guided downstairs to some benches, but then again what was more frustrating was people were sitting along the perimeter of the observatory on the uncomfortable edging. It was near impossible to get enjoy. The whole experience felt like a money grab."
