Timberland's corporate headquarters are located in Stratham, New Hampshire. Timberland also operates from offices in other parts of the world, such as Australia. Horween Leather Company supplies leather shells for footwear to the Timberland Company.

One angry customer shared this in a review "Misleading advertising. Disappointing service! Bought a gift for Christmas on Black Friday with the possibility of making the return by January 10 I find that for a size change I have to return the package and make a new order at full price with a difference of 200 euros. The Timberland policy does not provide for the possibility of replacing the size or buying the same item at the same price as the black friday! NEVER AGAIN!"

"Discusting service ive been trying to return two pairs of trainers but after15 emails and there promises to send me a returns label then waiting in all day for ups to pick them up as promised still nothing,my advice is to keep well clear of timberland,as a disabled person im on the edge of a break down"

"My grandson bought a pair of pro pants. They split in the crouch the first time he squated down to pick something up. I wrote the company and they said it was not a problem with the pants and sent me a $20 egift card which vanished from my email after 7 days. I tried to mend the pants and it was impossible. Will never buy or recommend this product."

"Terrible service, lost my order. Got no response to emails, the webchat was probably programmed before AIM and trash and when I rang at 4pm on a Friday I got an automated message saying to ring back 9-6 Monday to Friday. When I eventually got to speak to some one they just said the order was lost, no offer to replace or rectify just an immediate**** refund that will take 7-10 working days. It wasnt immediately though, I wanted the full 10 working days to receive an email saying my money will be credited in 7-10 working days. Its joke. If you want to be annoyed receive no stuff and have timberland steal your money for a month, order away."

"I've been charged twice without receiving any order confirmation. They won't reply to my messages or calls. Some of the stories you have are horrendous. They're completely ignoring their trustpilot you need to post on their Facebook page get it sorted. If you paid by card make sure you go to your bank or credit card company and get a charge back from bank or a section 75 refund from credit card Trustpilot note: the email you're sending notification of these reviews to doesnt exist."
