Property Manager (Former Employee) says

"I enjoyed learning property management. This company managed single family homes and multi-family buildings. I dealt with the residents and the owners of the properties. I organized maintenance on all properties and kept track of what the owners preferred. I also managed the maintenance department and 10 sub contractors. I was responsible for keeping the owners and the residents happy. Monitored the deliquency for the company and reduced it and increased the profit each month.Learning a new careerHuge amount of work. I worked a minimum of 60 hours a week."

Property Manager/Leasing Agent (Former Employee) says

"I loved my coworkers but the pay isn't good enough for all the work you have to do. If you need a job and something to help you get on your feet this would be a great place to start, you should have more then one income because its only min wage. A lot of people may talk down about this company, but the owner really cares about his employees. (doesn't pay much but will help out a lot)good people to work withmin wage and a lot of work"

Collections Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"Not a particularly employee friendly company, although if you are competent in your work a free rein is given. Not much flexibility and an atmosphere of tension pervades the office on most days. The owner/CEO although working in close proximity to the staff is relatively unreachable, however she is very very good in the business and if one pays attention, there is much to learn.no benefits whatsoever"

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says

"What i learned at the job was to manage a condo and Maintenance suppliesfree lunchesno healthcare"
