TAP – Transportes Aéreos Portugueses – has been a member of the Star Alliance since 2005 and operates on average 2,500 flights a week to 90 destinations in 34 countries worldwide. TAP Air Cargo's mission is to provide a reliable and personalized service on a daily and timely basis in the collection, transportation, and delivery of goods on TAP Air Portugal and partner aircraft.

A disappointed customer shares his experience on airlinequality.com, "Two weeks after booking my flight, TAP Portugal sent me an email saying they cancelled it and moved me on the same flight the day before instead. The problem is that it was a connecting flight and I couldn't take my other flights anymore. I tried to contact them by phone, Skype, email, Facebook and Twitter. Basically every option they offer but they never replied to anything. Useless customer service."
