Tact Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Tact.ai is on a mission to make enterprise software more human-friendly. Tact.ai puts sellers first with human-friendly CRM solutions that are frictionless, connected, and prescriptive.

A software engineer mentioned, "Management at Tact.ai is bulky and way too much process sometimes. Product decision/features made from way top down, pretend acting like a bigger company when treating engineers as doers. There are some unnecessary management layers as a startup. Obeying legacy behaviors rules from sf, not too much innovation"

Administrator (Former Employee) says

"Social workers working with families might be great but management is living in the 80’s with massive hierarchical differences, bit of an old boys club. Definitely a place where if your face don’t fit your not welcome. Massive staff turnover as staff just aren’t happy."

One-On-One Tutor (Former Employee) says

"Get a chance to work with young individuals who suffer from academic problems. Helps build tolerance and patience. Cons: long shifts"

Manager, Sales Development and Sales Operations (Current Employee) says

"No work life balance and little to no room for growth here. The CRO has made life outside of work impossible with little upside working for this company is the equivalent of trying to survive quicksand. Cons: Cro, No room for growth, No passion for closing business"

AREA SALES DIRECTOR (Former Employee) says

"Start up life style and culture with no direction and leadership. Great technology and poor ability to leverage process and value from all external sales capacities which hurt the sales process in the final stages moving to close. Cons: Poor Management and Direction"

"I worked for tact a few years as a foster carer overall I had a decent experience with them and they were helpful when I needed it. I would recommend TACT to anyone looking to become a foster carer in the West Midlands"

Former Employee - Strategic Account Executive says

"I worked at Tact.ai full-time for less than a year Cons: management likes house acts, they takeover, and favor 2 reps ONLY"

Former Employee - Senior Strategic Account Executive says

"I worked at Tact.ai full-time for less than a year Cons: Beware!! I was recruited out of my last company after being a top AE for five years. They only gave me 57 workdays and then fired me. Dont trust CRO and sales management!! They don’t have as many customers or users. Do your homework before joining. Burning through Sales AE lots of turnover they only are looking for your rolodex."

Former Employee - Strategic Account Executive says

"I worked at Tact.ai full-time for less than a year Cons: - Minimum communication from leadership - No clear direction on anything account-related - Management expects you to seek without providing any assistance - No room to voice your opinion. If the Chief Revenue Officer makes a decision, you have to stick by it - Leadership is very rude in how you speak. They will tell you that you’ve pissed them if you tell them anything negative (which is most of the company) - High turnover rate."

Current Employee - Software Engineer says

"I have been working at Tact.ai full-time for more than a year Cons: - management is bulky and way too much process sometimes - product decision/features made from way top down, pretend acting like a bigger company when treating engineers as doers - there are some unnecessary management layers as a startup - obeying legacy behaviors rules from sf, not too much innovation"
