TLC is an American girl group whose original line-up consisted of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Crystal Jones. Formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 1991, the group enjoyed success during the 1990s. After the addition of Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, they scored nine top-ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including four number-one singles "Creep", "Waterfalls", "No Scrubs", and "Unpretty".
Carer Assistant (Former Employee) says"Really nasty attitudes from some of the staff. Managers parading around like they own the place whilst the carers and domestic staff who are the life of the care home are treated poorly. The managers are lazy and make mistakes and then turn this around on you so you are the problem not themselves. I wouldn't work for this company ever. Cons: Poorly staffed, not enough activities for the elderly. Too much safeguarding issues."

No structure complaint system and no help forthcoming."
Healthcare assistant (Former Employee) says"One of the managers assaulted me so I had to resign. Outside, you can see the beauty of the buildings but there are lots of discrimination and injustice. No privacy for the staffs from the managers, talking to staff as they were their children. I think management have to be changed or trained again."
Care Assistant (Former Employee) says"I worked for this company at Camberley Manor. The place is unsafe with several active safeguards, they have had several managers as they leave. The Pay is awful. The work is so extreme and it's rare you get a break and you never finish in time and you do not get paid for either. You are meant to get a free lunch but only full time staff however the food is awful and there is never enough. By the time you do manage to get there it's all gone. This company has a very bad name in care. Cons: Bad place to work."
