The company was not solvent but refused to pack their bags and close the doors. The owners were unethical and immoral. As in any job, there were some positives. The positive at Sunbelt was my regional manager. He was one of the best managers I have ever had and that was the only reason I hated to leave SunBelt. Cons: Too many to list"
