Property Manager (Former Employee) says

"Imagine the most horrible job you have ever had and multiply it by a thousand. That's what it was like working at SunBelt Management. The company was not solvent but refused to pack their bags and close the doors. The owners were unethical and immoral. As in any job, there were some positives. The positive at Sunbelt was my regional manager. He was one of the best managers I have ever had and that was the only reason I hated to leave SunBelt. Cons: Too many to list"

Regional Manager (Former Employee) says

"Loved my job and the people I worked with , left to move to Texas to be close to my parents and wish I could have stayed with the company, John Reeves was a great supervisor Cons: no raises or bonuses"

Property Manager (Current Employee) says

"This seems to be a good company so far but it lacks guidance. You will work hard but will receive very little compensation but you get to choose your own hours and everyone seems to be helpful."

Site Manager (Former Employee) says

"This was an OK place to work. The atmospeere was Ok too. It would be better if there was better site people on top of things. I am glad for the experience."

Compliance Supervisor (Current Employee) says

"I review, enter, and transmit tenant certifications for 30+ Rural Development/Tax Credit properties. Sun Belt is a stressful place to work. The hardest part of my job is the lack of teamwork and communication. The most enjoyable is sense of accomplishment I get when the work is done efficiently. Cons: No 401k"

Apartment Site Manager (Former Employee) says

"A typical day at work consisted of processing applications, interviewing prospective tenants, preparation of various forms for submission to Rural Development. Cons: Dealing with management."
