"Management is uncompromising. They will not work with you, and sometimes work against you if it benefits them. They demand more than is physically possible to do, and berate you when you can’t do it. For example, as cake decorator it’s my job to make enough cakes to fill the cooler, but the warehouse never ships us enough cakes to keep up with demand. The manager will come around frequently to point out gaps in the shelves and mock me for not keeping them filled, and when I tell her I literally do not have any more cakes in the freezer that I can make, she shrugs and walks away. They are not understanding or flexible with you. If you request a certain amount of hours or days, even for health reasons, they will schedule you for more and roll their eyes when you say you can’t work that much, then try to call you in on your days off anyways. I have only called out a single time after two years here and they manager scolded me like a child when I told them I couldn’t come in. They truly believe they have a right to keep everyone under their thumb and this makes it impossible to relax for even a few minutes here. The stress is not worth it."

"Do not waste your time working here. Management is well below average and very unprofessional. Don't believe what they tell you as far as benefits and pay raises go. What I was told was completely wrong from what is actuality. Management needs to update their hiring information speech. Training is deplorable and basically you have to train yourself. Don't ask questions or ask a head cashier to do anything work related when they don't feel like doing it. Most of them will talk down to you and then tell you how you are an inconvenience to them. There are very few head cashiers who are actually nice and help you or are willing to do their job without giving you an attitude about it. I lasted 6 weeks before I walked off the job. I think that says it all."

"The company dose not care about there employees, bonuses and saving money for the company is what's important to them so that means cutting hours as much as they can not hiring people full time and not hiring for certain departments we had to strike last year Because they wanted to take all our benefits away the only good thing about the store is the fact it union other than that I would not recommend for long term employment is that"

The company really only cares about the customers and do not side with their employees ever. They give out gift cards to people who don’t deserve it way too often. This one lady FAKE CRIED and got a $10 gift card. I hate this company."

"The company was a good paying job before minimum wage went up. The company I worked for 1 yr and a half was good until management changed, than it became racist, disrespectful, company ive ever worked for. I liked it because my bills were paid but once the disrespect started i was ready to go. Dont apply if your African American they use chew n spit u out for the company namesake"
