Assembly Technician (Former Employee) says

"If you apply here be ready to go through a phone interview and three separate in person interviews where everyone is rude and you're treated like an inconvenience."

Welder/Fabricator (Former Employee) says

"i enjoyed working there. i was able to really use and better my skills along with learning new ones. hourly wage just wasnt enough for me to live comfortably"

CDL Driver (Current Employee) says

"Take a log book and throw it out a window or just unplug the elog. Follow safety rules when the safety guy is around and dont get caught breaking them, but if you follow them all we will get on you for taking to long. Promise more money and no cap on pay, only to find out there is a .50 cent per hour cap on that year raise. I was told at least 1.00 - 2.00 after a year. They have a really good benefits program. the 401k is really only good if you stay there for years or you lose most of what they contribute. Junk trucks and the mechanics that do want to fix them are stopped by a wall of corporate. At one point we were literally told that tires didn't get changed unless cords were showing or they didn't hold air. You start out on nights and will stay there mostly unless your willing to work every weekend. The terminal manager really seems to want to do right, but is stopped by corporate in my opinion."

Purchasing / Administrative / Sales (Former Employee) says

"The company does little to teach and expects a-lot for little pay. You will be required to do many tasks daily and they prefer no overtime pay, the hourly pay rate is very low. The company here in Deer Park I do not believe will be here for very long due to they do not understand the Houston market."

Driver Support (Former Employee) says

"I learned that all companies don't follow the rules when it comes to hours of operation."
