Staub Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Staub is a premium French enameled cast iron cookware and bakeware manufacturer that was originally headquartered in Turckheim, Alsace, France. The first piece, a cocotte or coquelle (Dutch oven), was designed by Francis Staub in 1974 in a dormant artillery factory. Pieces are manufactured with cast iron covered with double-glazed enamel.

An unsatisfied customer said, "I bought a Staub Cast-Iron Round Dutch from Williams-Sonoma online, I just used it 3 times, the food sticks to the pot very easily, and it is very hard to clean. I called customer service of Williams-Sonoma to ask how to clean it, the lady who answered the phone kept saying I didn't use it right, and read the instructions to me, didn't help at all."
