"Poor selection, too crowded
For a 59 CHF a pop brunch the selection was abysmally poor. It was crowded and the service was nonexistent. We circled the buffet, found bircher müsli in inviting plastic cans, rest of the food items poorly arranged too. I asked my wife, what do you think? she responded, "This sucks!". 118 CHF not wasted."

Incentives forced reps to 'dummy up' displays for photo ops. Did nothing to increase sales, as only used existing stock to put on displays. Major companies control their supply chain, not field reps. I was so hurt and did not enjoy working there at all. The management is so strict and nonflexible about your shifts. I was always underpaid and had to write back to the manager to let her know that she input the wrong hours and I should get paid more. You would not want to work at a place, where you don't get paid. The Lindt website advertises all the cool benefits, but you don't really get anything. You can work at any other place and feel so much more better, physically, and mentally. Vendedora (Former Employee) says"Los horarios laborales no estaban nunca organizados con anticipación al igual que las vacaciones, las horas extras, etc.. una gestión de tienda por parte de la Store Manager sin experiencia, sin saber gestionar y motivar equipos, siempre desganada con mucho cansancio y mala imagen en la Flagship de Rambla en Barcelona, luego el Area Manager que tampoco se involucraba con las necesidades reales, a alguna vendedora se les ofrecía ser "segunda encargada" y realizar esas tareas pero en verdad no le mejoraban las condiciones ni de salario ni en contrato, es decir de vendedora haciendo el trabajo de segunda encargada gratis (muy poco serio), sistema operativo muy limitado, no entregaban las nóminas nunca, los salarios no están mal si estás a jornada completa pero el trabajo es muy rutinario y aburrido. Si es tu primer experiencia o no tienes una mejor opción pues adelante de lo contrario puedes evitarla, no es muy seria esta empresa al menos aquí en España.Comer y llevarte siempre chocolate a casa.Condiciones laborales, Gestión de tienda y rutinario."
