Spike Tv Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Paramount Network is an American basic cable television channel owned by ViacomCBS. The network's headquarters are located at the Paramount Pictures studio lot in Los Angeles. Seeking to distance itself from the TNN name to suit its current programming direction, Viacom announced in April 2003 that the network would be relaunched as Spike TV on June 16, 2003. Promoted with the slogan "The First Network for Men", Viacom aimed to target young adult males aged 18–34 — a demographic they believed were being served insufficiently by other cable networks.
A former employee shares his experience on glassdoor.com, "Absolutely no creativity, new ideas, or forward-thinking projects at Spike TV. Directors don't concern themselves with the happiness of their staff. No guidance when it comes to presenting new or different ideas. Promotions seem given to people who are good at making their work seem important instead of actually doing good work. I've heard gossip with regards to gender issues and abusive work relationships with some upper management. Upper management seems most concerned with perpetuating their salaries instead of managing."
