A former employee said this in a review “The management in South Pole is very out of touch with reality and more importantly the urban womenswear market. It is safe to say that they know barely anything about their client."

"Had problems receiving a refund on an item I returned recorded delivery. I returned as this size was too small and I don't believe the item was new. A shame because the correct size jeans were actually quite nice and I would've shopped here again. But I don't think I will now after this experience."

"Would have chosen no stars had I been given that option. Ordered £70 worth of clothes for my partner for Christmas. Yukka & DHL said they have delivered them on 21st Nov. I am still trying to hunt them down. Yukka initially replied saying to check with my local PO, I did that even though I knew it would not be there as it was being delivered with DHL. Yukka then told me to contact DHL, asked them why I should be doing this when it was their job, they did not reply. Contacted DHL who have told me to contact Yukka. Forwarded DHL emails to Yukka, no reply. So, they have taken my money, no goods received and now refuse to respond. Absolutely awful company who do not care about their customers. £70 out of pocket."

"Made a purchase for 330 dollars on june 19th its july 12th and have not received anything I have sent about 20 emails with no response this place literally took my money Nd sent me nothing not even a explanation WOULD NOT RECOMMEMDND TO ANYONE"

"Horrible service & they weren’t busy. Chips stale didn’t even bring us serving plates . Completely forgot the table . Had to wave them down to get the minimal of water . I cane here for a graduation & many platters had run out. Mind you it was only 4pm! I will never come again & now that we moved to the area I will tell everyone else not to waste their time either ."
