"I worked at National University of Ireland-Galway Cons: I joined the University thinking that people would be driven by research, innovation etc. Unfortunately the people I worked with were lazy, clock watching and were always complaining. This is money funded by the government for research to ultimately create new jobs. There should be vigilant monitoring by external auditors where money is spent and all money should be accounted for.
