Smartad Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Smart (or formerly known as Smart Adserver until 2016) is a French advertising technology company providing publishers with advertisement management applications for their website: ad serving and programmatic monetization. Created in 2001 as part of the aufeminin group, it has been bought by private-equity fund Cathay Capital in 2015 for 37 million €.
Smartad has fraud control issues, it's extremely weak and limited, the support team isn't clear about it, and their relationship with agencies is poor according to a review by Gabriela at g2.com
"Their fraud controls are extremely weak. The anti-fraud controls are limited. I have found issues with fraud on the SSP and never got a clear explanation from the support team. Also, their relationship with agencies is not really close."
