Sisense Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Sisense is a business analytics software company with offices in New York City, San Francisco, Tel Aviv, London, Melbourne, Tokyo, and Scottsdale, Arizona. It is headquartered in New York City. Its business intelligence product includes both a back-end powered by in-chip technology that enables non-technical users to join and analyze large data sets from multiple sources and a front-end for creating visualizations, like dashboards and reports, on any device, including mobile.

A consumer shared his experience using Sisense on G2 in May 2020:

"Sisense has a very flexible full stack reporting tool, which means that customers have implemented it in a variety of ways. Unfortunately, the product doesn't necessarily support any of these implementations very well, leading to product instability. In our case, we use it as an embedded reporting solution so instability in our reporting solution translates to customers losing trust in our products.

Sisense also relies very heavily on plugins to add functionality, but they don't maintain their plugins particularly well, or do any documentation around versioning, so it's almost guaranteed that you'll run into compatibility issues with your version of Sisense and any plugins you need."
